Hello! I am Teresa Sedam and I am the director at Little Bud. Before accepting the position at Little Bud, I taught in the Cincinnati Public School District for 5 years. I have a bachelor's degree in Communications as well as a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I received my master's degree in 2005 in Elementary Education. I have a wonderful husband and three energetic kids who all attended Little Bud. In my spare time you will find me at a baseball field with my family. I also love to cook and I am a huge dog lover!
My name is Michelle Hickerson, or "Miss Michelle" to the children. This is my sixth year working at Little Bud Preschool, and I have three years of previous preschool experience. I have a BS in Nature Interpretation, and am currently back in school to get my CDA (Child Development Associate Credential). Outside of school, I have a busy home life with my husband David, son Dalton (who we homeschool), my daughter Alyanna (who is in preschool), and our dog, Shyla. In my free time, I love knitting, playing the cello, hiking, reading, and baking.
This is my first year as the teacher's aide in the 3 year old class here at Little Bud. 2 of my 3 children attended Little Bud and we absolutely LOVED it. I am excited to now be working with such an amazing staff! My husband has been so supportive in my transition from being a stay at home mom back into the working world. Our 3 kids Noah, Olivia & Isaiah keep me busy and on my toes! Outside of work, I enjoy coaching my daughter's travel softball team, playing games with my kids, watching movies (if I can stay awake), and taking new trips and traveling with my family. I feel so blessed for the opportunity to work with such awesome kids and their families.
I am the the four year old teacher at Little Bud. I have over 20 years experience teaching children in the community. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati. I have a supportive husband and three children who keep me hopping. I enjoy traveling with my family, shopping, planning fun activities for my class and I am a true Colerain Cardinal fan! I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the early education of children here at Little Bud.
I am the teacher aide for the 4 year old class. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, with a minor in Sociology, from Eastern Kentucky University. I have taught in many capacities including pre-school teacher, special education, and as a teaching assistant in an elementary school. I am married and have two children, now 19 and 22. In my down time I like to walk, play the piano, watch House Hunters, and spend time with my family. I am also active in my church, and co-chair with my daughter on the Music and Worship Committee.
This is my 9th year at Little Bud. I have always loved working with children and am proud to follow in my mother's footsteps.. She was a preschool aide at Concordia Lutheran. I have 2 daughters, 2 stepchildren and 8 grandchildren. I am truly blessed to be able to help these children grow.
